I am not responsible if my artstyle doesn't fit your character.
If you have a hard deadline, i will charge you 5% more.
I am not responsible for you ordering my work without knowing it or without having read my terms.
your commissions are for personal use only.
if i'm uncomfortable with your commission, i have the right to cancel or reject it.
I can't accept refunds.
My art is strictly prohibited in the use of AI learning or NFTs.
My Artwork Rights
as the artist i have all the rights over my artwork, this means, i can use your commission as self promotion or future samples.
your commission is personal use only (pfp, banner, emojis, stickers, prints/posters).
you cannot take credit, or claim as yours a drawing of mine.
you, as commissioner, cannot profit or sell my art.
you are allowed to edit your commission with prior notice.
